Summer Test ticket giveaway - Terms and Conditions

1. Entrants to the Summer Test ticket giveaway competition must be users of cricinfo.com aged 18 or over and a permanent resident of the UK (the ("Entrant"). Employees and immediate family members of Cockspur Rum, Wisden Cricinfo Limited and associated companies, partners, advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible to take part.

2. The Summer Test ticket giveaway competition will commence on May 14, 2008 and closes on August 9, 2008. Entry to the competition is made by the entrant answering the question found at the following url -

- and providing their contact details. Entrants' contact details shall only be used for notifying an Entrant that the Entrant has won the prize and for no other purposes whatsoever.

3. The winner of the prize will be the user drawn at random from those who has correctly answered the question in the Summer Test ticket giveaway competition. No entries will be accepted after the closing date. The decision of the judges is final. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. Cricinfo reserves the right to disqualify players who submit obscene or offensive information.

4. Each prize is two tickets to the following days play:
England v New Zealand, Old Trafford, May 24, 2008
England v New Zealand, Trent Bridge, June 7, 2008
England v South Africa, Lord's, July 12, 2008
England v South Africa, Headingley, July 19, 2008
England v South Africa, Edgbaston, August 2, 2008
England v South Africa, The Oval, August 9, 2008

5. The winners will be notified by telephone no later than midday 48 hours prior to the day which the prize tickets are valid. Entrants must ensure that they are available between 9 a.m and 11 a.m 48 hours prior to the day the prize tickets are valid ("Contact Period"). Entrants ackowledge and accept that if Cricinfo contacts an Entrant during the Contact Period and such Entrant is not available, such Entrant shall have no claim whatsoever to any prize tickets relating to this competition and Cricinfo shall be free to contact any other Entrant chosen at random.

6. Cricinfo UK Limited does not accept responsibility for late or undelivered entries, notifications or communications or for any technical failure, malfunction or difficulty or for any event which may cause the Cockspur Rum/Cricinfo.com tickets competition to be disrupted or corrupted.

7. By entering the Summer Test ticket giveaway competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which are governed by English law.
