The series, which is scheduled to finish on Jan 22, is spread
over more than six weeks and is interrupted by the third Test
between Australia and the West Indies at the Melbourne Cricket
Ground, which begins on Dec. 26.

Akram said Pakistan should also have more than the one four-day
game, which starts against Tasmania in Hobart on Thursday.AFP
