1. Entrants to the CricInfo/ Durham CCC/Nottingham CCC/ECB competition must be users of ecb.co.uk aged 18 or over. Employees and immediate family members of CricInfo Limited, Durham CCC, Nottingham CCC, its associated companies, advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible to take part. Entry to the CricInfo/ Durham CCC/Nottingham /ECB competition is restricted to residents of the United Kingdom.

2. The CricInfo/ Durham CCC/Nottingham CCC/ECB competition will commence on 26th of April 2001. Entry to the competition is made by the entrant providing their name, email address and image caption found at the following url - http://www.ecb.co.uk. The winners of the prizes will be the 10 entrants judged to have submitted the most imaginative and amusing caption. The closing date for the competition is 25th May 2001. Anyone judged to be entering duplicate entries will be disqualified from the competition. No entries will be accepted after the closing date. The decision of the judges will be final.

3. The prize is one of 5 pairs of ground admission tickets for the NatWest Series match Australia v Pakistan, at either Chester-le-Street on 16th June 2001, or Trent Bridge on 19th June 2001. There is no direct cash alternative to any of the prizes, and winners must make their own travel and catering arrangements.

4. The winners of the first prizes will be contacted by a representative of CricInfo on the 2nd May 2001 and will be required to complete and return a form by fax or email to confirm their eligibility to participate in the CricInfo/ Durham CCC/Nottingham CCC/ECB competition within 2 hours of notification that they have won. If the winner fails to return the form within the time stated or is found to be ineligible for any reason a further winner will be selected. The winners' names will be available on request from the Marketing Department at CricInfo at the address given below.

5. CricInfo Limited does not accept responsibility for late or undelivered entries, notifications or communications or for any technical failure, malfunction or difficulty or for any event which may cause the CricInfo/ Durham CCC/Nottingham CCC/ECB competition to be disrupted or corrupted.

6. No purchase is necessary to enter the CricInfo/ Durham CCC/Nottingham CCC/ECB competition Details given on entry to the CricInfo/ Durham CCC/Nottingham CCC/ECB competition will only be used in accordance with the data protection clause on the entry form.

7. By entering the CricInfo/ Durham CCC/Nottingham CCC/ECB competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which are governed by English law.
