Steve James and Matthew Elliott broke the Glamorgan record for the first wicket with a superb stand of 374 today against Sussex at Colwyn Bay. As the table below shows, this was the highest ever opening partnership in the club`s history and broke the previous best created 28 years ago by Roy Fredericks and Alan Jones.
