Sky Sports commentary line up for its international and domestic coverage boasts some of the biggest names in cricket, including Michael Atherton who made his Sky Sports debut during the winter. The line up includes five former England captains, several Wisden Cricketers of the Year and a World Cup winner.

Additional faces will appear in the Sky Sports commentary box throughout the summer.

Ian Botham
A commentator for Sky Sports since 1995, Beefy scored 5200 runs in 102 Tests for England, including 14 centuries, plus 2213 runs in 116 One-Day Internationals. He was equally devastating with the ball, taking 383 and 145 Test and One-Day International wickets respectively.

David Gower
Before joining the Sky Sports commentary team in 1993, David scored 8231 runs for England in 117 Tests, his best knock being 215. David, who fronts Sky Sports' summer international action, also scored 3170 runs in 114 One-Day Internationals.

Michael Atherton
The newest recruit to Sky Sports' commentary team, Michael played 115 Tests for England, being made captain at the age of 25. He scored 7728 runs including a memorable 643 minute 185 not out against South Africa in Johannesburg in 1995-96. Also played 54 One-Day Internationals, scoring 1791 runs.

Nasser Hussain
Nasser joined Sky Sports after retired from cricket in 2004. During a 15-year career for England and Essex, he played 96 Test matches for his country, scoring 5764 runs. His best innings was 207 against Australia in 1997. Nasser also featured In 88 One-Day Internationals, scoring 2332 runs.

David Lloyd
Played nine Tests for England, including a 214 not out against India in 1974. Also played in eight One-Day Internationals with his 116 not out against Pakistan in 1974 being the highlight. `Bumble' was appointed England coach in 1996, and steered the team until after the 1999 World Cup when he returned to Sky Sports.

Michael Holding
In an 11-year stint in the West Indies cricket team, `Whispering Death' took 249 wickets in 60 Tests, including two 10-wicket hauls, and 13 five-wicket hauls. He was equally lethal in One-Day Internationals, taking 142 wickets in 102 appearances.

Bob Willis
One of the most feared bowlers in the history of English cricket, Bob took 325 wickets in 90 Test matches, his best figures being 8-43, and took five wicket hauls sixteen times. In 64 One-Day Internationals, he took 80 wickets.

Paul Allott
Since retiring from the first class game in 1992, Paul Allott has commentated for Sky Sports on domestic and international cricket and England's recent winter tours. Paul played in 13 Tests for England taking 26 wickets, including 6-61, and 15 wickets in 13 One-Day Internationals.

Ian Ward
Retired from cricket last year to concentrate on his broadcasting career, Ian presents Sky Sports' domestic cricket coverage as well as appearing in the commentary box. Played five Tests for England during 2001 and was one of county cricket's biggest hitters, bagging over 8500 runs in 138 first class matches.

Nick Knight
The Warwickshire captain will commentate for Sky Sports this summer before joining the broadcast fulltime next year. Nick has played 17 Tests for England, scoring 719 runs including a top score of 113. He has also scored 3637 runs in 100 One-Day Internationals.

Charles Colvile
Charles is one of the longest servants of the Sky Sports team having joined the broadcaster in 1990. An experienced broadcast journalist, Charles will be hosting and commentating on some of the best action this summer.
