Sports Center redesigns flagship site

On January 5th, launched the redesign of Ford was the launch partner for the redesign and ran a break-through Ford F-150 ad integration on the homepage involving both video and flash formats.
The larger idea behind ESPN’s redesign was to create a template that would allow ESPN to do more of those special ad integrations, something that would help ESPN get larger shares of overall budgets. Interestingly, has reduced the amount of display ads on each page to increase ad effectiveness.

ESPN Cricinfo warms up for the 2009 Ashes. The Ashes will coincide with the re-launch of We’re in the process of re-designing the site to improve user navigation and advertiser opportunities. We’ve allowed for brands to take real ownership of specific areas of the site. The 2009 Ashes will be the sporting event of the Summer so make sure you’re client is aware of the opportunities.

ESPN acquired NASN (North America Sports Network) around two years ago. Expect to see a multi-media campaign announcing the re-brand to ESPN America. ESPN shows the best of US sport with both live and repeat broadcasts.
