Role Description
The role requires a confident, outgoing individual who will make a strong contribution to the team. Strong English and excellent communication skills are a must, as the role will involve frequent liaison with internal and external contacts, both in India and overseas

The successful candidate will have a passion for cricket, an eye for detail and a can-do attitude. They will be particularly interested in the possibilities of presenting cricket content – from news and scores to TV-style graphics – on the web.

Critical Skill sets
Team Management: Develop and manage a best in class web design team Responsible for design team’s KRAs Conduct performance reviews, trainings and career development for team members

Task Gathering, Allocation & Delivery:
Gathering requirements from Internal clients
Responsible for quality check before sending designs to internal clients for review
Plan on resource availability, maintain rosters and plan manpower rotation for weekends/holidays
Ensure adherence to delivery timelines

Quality:
Ensure Usability & Compatibility of designs on website
Undertake quality standard check for all cricinfo designs
Creating & Implementing quality guidelines for cricinfo website
